Why does the ultrasonic transducer heat up during use?
1. The material to be heated or subjected to ultrasonic waves will be heated, or the mold (die) and the horn will heat up for a long time, and this heat will be transferred to the transducer.
2. The power loss of the transducer itself. Since the energy conversion efficiency is not 100%, the energy lost will also be converted into heat.
3. The temperature rise will cause the transducer performance to change, and will gradually shift the optimal matching state of the transducer. More seriously, the temperature rise will lead to the deterioration of the performance of the piezoelectric ceramic wafer.
