1. PLC: adopts the "Delta" brand, which is the core of the entire equipment's working procedures, and its internal is the relevant working procedures compiled by the equipment manufacturer according to the customer's welding process needs. 2. Touch screen: The "Delta" brand touch screen is used. According to the welding process needs, our company cooperates with the PLC program to compile the corresponding work program, reflects the various work control status interfaces, and completes various execution commands.

3. Operation panel: There are four thermostats and ammeters that display the temperature of the heating module on the operation surface. They are: left heating thermostat, right heating thermostat, left heating ammeter, right heating ammeter, and a power indicator. A reset button and a power switch.

4. Solenoid valve control group: The corresponding signal is sent out through the PLC output point or manual operation to control the movement direction of each pneumatic mechanism, so as to complete the process of production.

5. Air filter (filter cup): filter the airflow of the input pneumatic components, which can extend the working life of each pneumatic component.

6. Thermocouple: Installed on the hot mold, through its temperature sensing to the hot mold, it sends a signal to the thermostat, and then the temperature controller controls the on and off of the solid state relay that supplies power to the hot mold to realize automatic control of the hot plate temperature.

7. Magnetic induction switch: The position signal of each station is sent to the PLC through the magnetic induction inside the cylinder. The upper and lower cylinders of the hot mold and the feeding cylinder are installed.
