Description:
 

Ultrasonic Spot Welding is a technology that utilizes ultrasonic energy to generate local heat on the surface of materials, thereby achieving material welding. It is usually used for welding thin sheet materials such as plastic, metal, or composite materials.

 

The basic principle of ultrasonic wire harness welding is to transfer ultrasonic vibration to the surface of the workpiece through the welding head (or welding pen). The design of the welding joint concentrates ultrasonic energy at the contact point, generating high-frequency vibration. This vibration causes friction on the surface of the workpiece, leading to local heating and an increase in temperature at the contact point.
