The 15K ultrasonic welding kit produced by QRsonic company is mainly used for the production of full-automatic folding mask body. Using 15K ultrasonic welding technology, 3-5 layers of PP non-woven fabric, activated carbon and filter material are bonded and cut out. Folding mask body, can process 9001, 9002 mask body. Depending on the raw materials used, the produced masks can reach different standards such as FFP1, FFP2, N95 and so on.

Ultrasonic welding transmits high frequency vibration to the fabric to achieve connection. When synthetic or non-woven materials pass between ultrasonic horns, vibrations are generated on the fibers and heat is quickly generated. This heat causes the material's synthetic fibers to melt and solidify, creating a seam that will not be worn or torn.
