Description: 

 

The balloon catheter ultrasonic precision spraying machine is an ultrasonic spraying machine suitable for spraying anti restenosis polymers or plasticizers onto implantable balloon catheters. Mainly including X+U-axis precision motion module, equipped with a comprehensive program editing system, equipped with ultrasonic nozzles produced by Fansuo Energy, and equipped with precision constant flow injection pump, digital carrier gas system, optional ultrasonic dispersion liquid supply system, heating and other functions.
The entire equipment has a simple and elegant structure, complete functions, and is developed for enterprises, universities, and research institutes that use ultrasonic spraying equipment to produce bracket products. The X-axis controls the horizontal movement of the ultrasound nozzle in the X-direction, with an adjustment accuracy of up to 0.01mm. The U-axis drives the stent to rotate 360 ° to evenly distribute micrometer sized droplets after ultrasound atomization onto the vascular stent. A high-precision constant flow injection pump is used to control the liquid flow rate, making the coating thickness precise and controllable.
