Description: 

 

The vertical ultrasonic precision spraying machine FS2000 includes XYZ three-axis servo motion system, R-axis nozzle rotation mechanism and 360℃ rotating base support, equipped with Funsonic ultrasonic atomization nozzle (can be equipped with single or multiple nozzle linkage work according to demand), ultrasonic generator, precision type constant flow syringe pump, ultrasonic dispersion feeder (optional), vacuum adsorption heating platform (optional), carrier gas system to achieve all-round product spraying.

 

It can be used for nano-film coating, solar cell coating, fuel cell coating, glass coating, AR transmission and reflection film coating, hydrophilic coating , hydrophobic coating, heat insulation film coating, proton exchange film coating, fuel cell membrane electrode coating, transparent conductive film coating, biosensor coating, photoresist coating, circuit board flux coating, transparent conductive film coating, superhydrophobic coating, antimicrobial coating , et
