Description: 


The vacuum adsorption platform can be used in conjunction with the FUNSONIC ultrasonic spraying machine, especially suitable for thin substrates, wafers, foils, and thin film coatings. In these applications, control over the substrate has been enhanced to achieve the required coating thickness and uniformity. The adsorption heating platform can be programmed to heat the substrate to 150 ℃ -500 ℃. The vacuum adsorption heating platform has materials such as aluminum alloy, titanium alloy, and high-temperature stainless steel to choose from.
