Description:

In these applications, control over the substrate has been enhanced to achieve the required coating thickness and uniformity. The adsorption heating platform can be programmed to heat the substrate to 150 ℃ -500 ℃. The vacuum adsorption heating platform has materials such as aluminum alloy, titanium alloy, and high-temperature stainless steel to choose from.
