Description: 

 

Ultrasonic metal atomization is a metal processing technology mainly used for manufacturing metal particles and metal mist. By heating metals such as aluminum, copper, and titanium to their melting points, they are melted into liquids. By placing an ultrasonic vibrator above a molten metal, high-frequency vibration is generated. These high-frequency vibrations will break the surface of the melt, forming tiny metal droplets, while introducing inert gases (such as nitrogen, argon, etc.) to flow through the metal droplets and blow them away to form a metal mist. Finally, these fine metal particles are collected using a filter or cooling device and rapidly cooled to solidify into metal powder.
