The 120Khz Low Power Ultrasonic Spray Nozzle is a key component in atomization equipment that generates high-energy atomization medium. The ultrasonic spraying method enables highly automated membrane electrode production with superior efficiency and lower manufacturing costs, ideal for quantitative production requirements. This technology achieves approximately 90% platinum utilization rate, significantly reducing material consumption and saving expensive catalyst ink.

Our ultrasonic coating system produces exceptionally durable, uniform carbon-based catalyst ink coatings for fuel cells and proton exchange membrane (PEM) electrolyzers (including Nafion) without causing membrane deformation. The system handles various spray suspensions containing:

  • Carbon black ink
  • Polytetrafluoroethylene binder
  • Ceramic slurry
  • Platinum and other precious metals

The technology also supports manufacturing of metal oxide suspensions in platinum, nickel, iridium, and ruthenium fuel cell catalyst coatings for various applications including PEM fuel cells, polymer electrolyte membrane (PEM) electrolytes, DMFC (direct methanol fuel cells), and SOFC (solid oxide fuel cells), delivering high load capacity and superior cell efficiency.
