Widely applied in battery slurry, resin, pharmaceutical fermentation, food & beverage industries for stable continuous defoaming and product quality improvement.
High-frequency vibration triggers resonance of foam bubbles, which stretches the liquid films until they become overly thin and break due to unbalanced surface tension. Meanwhile, sound waves induce liquid convection to speed up the upward escape of trapped gas within the liquid, delivering simultaneous defoaming and degassing performance.
