Custom 100kHz Ultrasonic Scattering Nozzle System



Description: 


Our custom 100kHz ultrasonic scattering nozzle system adopts 100kHz piezoelectric transducer high-frequency resonance to convert liquid media into soft, uniformly dispersed micron droplets. The nozzle features customizable multi-port fluid interfaces, and the layout of fluid channels can be individually developed according to customers’ process requirements. Equipped with a dedicated vortex scattering structure, carrier gas generates a stable and controllable wide-angle swirling spray field, granting the aerosol stream outstanding spatial deflection and conformal wrapping performance.

For non-standard 3D workpiece geometries, it achieves adaptive conformal coating, suitable for profiled curved surfaces, deep trenches, micro-steps and thin sidewalls. It addresses common limitations of standard ultrasonic nozzles in custom processes, such as mismatched spray pattern, uneven sidewall coverage and restrictions on multi-component feeding.

The nozzle system can be optionally equipped with multi-channel micro-feeding assemblies, precision carrier gas regulators, XYZ motion platforms and temperature control modules. It delivers low-kinetic atomization without high-pressure impact, fully protecting sensitive precision substrates. Overspray loss is significantly reduced, offering higher material utilization than conventional two-fluid spraying. The internal flow path can be optimized for customers’ specific slurries to enhance anti-clogging performance and ensure stable long-term operation.

Coating thickness can be precisely tuned from tens of nanometers to tens of microns with excellent film consistency. Customizable flow paths, ports and spray widths are available for special multi-component solutions and high-solid nano-suspensions. Widely deployed in fuel cell MEAs, semiconductors, MEMS, sensors, medical catheters, optical thin films and electronic insulating coatings for R&D and custom pilot projects, it meets personalized ultra-thin film fabrication requirements.
