This 20kHz 3000W integrated ultrasonic liquid processing unit consists of a stainless steel conical mixing tank, high-power ultrasonic probe, sanitary circulation transfer pump and mobile frame. It enables online circulating ultrasonic dispersion, homogenization, emulsification, extraction and mixing of materials, widely adopted in liquid-phase processing for new materials, chemical, biomedical, food & beverage, coating slurry and other industries.

The whole machine adopts sanitary-grade 304/316L stainless steel construction. The conical-bottom tank features zero dead space for complete draining and easy cleaning. Fitted with sanitary ball valve at the bottom outlet, together with circulation pipeline and centrifugal pump, the liquid circulates continuously inside the tank for full exposure to the ultrasonic field, greatly improving the uniformity of ultrasonic treatment. The base is equipped with universal brake casters for flexible movement, convenient workshop layout adjustment and multi-station switching.
