Description:

 

The ultrasonic indium coating machine is mainly used for the manufacturing of ITO targets. It can evenly penetrate indium metal into the metal and non-metal surfaces of copper plates, ITO glass, silicon dioxide, etc. It is an advanced application direction of ultrasound, replacing the outdated technology of manual scraping in the past. Mainly used for electronic component welding (flux free welding), welding electrical and electronic products made of aluminum (or copper) magnetic wires, such as electric motors, transformers, inductors, etc., flux free welding, battery electrode welding, and surface coating of inner holes in other difficult to weld non-ferrous metal products (aluminum, nickel, molybdenum, glass, ceramics, other non-ferrous metals).

Advantages of ultrasonic indium coating machine:


1. Do not use flux
Flux will generate micro bubbles inside the welding process, which can cause welding defects such as cracks over time. Ultrasonic technology does not use flux during the welding process, so it will not cause progressive corrosion due to residual flux in the welding area.
2. Environmentally friendly welding solutions
Ultrasonic welding technology does not use flux, so it does not require gas discharge facilities or wastewater treatment facilities to treat harmful gases generated by flux.
3. The coating is firm and will not peel off.
4. The coating is uniform, without blind spots or ripples.
5. Reduce production costs
By replacing expensive copper wire with aluminum wire, production costs can be reduced by about 80%, saving indium metal, and the indium coating is within 0.02mm.
