Description:
Ultrasonic indium coating machine is a device that utilizes ultrasonic vibration technology to achieve the coating process of indium materials. It uniformly coats indium material onto the target surface through the action of ultrasonic vibration.
The ultrasonic generator converts the electric current into high frequency electrical energy. The converted high-frequency electrical energy is converted again into mechanical motion of the same frequency by means of a transducer, and the mechanical motion is then transmitted to the soldering zone by a set of variable-amplitude rod devices that can change the amplitude. The high-frequency vibration allows for the discharge of micro-bubbles from the soldering zone, allowing the target material to enter the micro-cavity occupied by these micro-bubbles, enabling soldering without flux.
