Description: 

 

Ultrasonic atomization method is a new type of powder production method that has only developed in recent years, which uses ultrasonic waves to atomize melted metal into powder. The solder powder (such as indium powder) prepared by ultrasonic atomization process has good sphericity, narrow particle size distribution, and low oxygen content.

The method of ultrasonic atomization can be used to produce metal powder. When the ultrasonic power generator excites the ultrasonic transducer, the ultrasonic tool head that serves as the transducer load vibrates, and the melted metal solution is atomized through ultrasonic vibration. Then, the droplets of metal particles cool and solidify in the air before falling into the powder collection cylinder and collecting to form metal powder.
