Description: 

 

High power ultrasonic residual stress relief impact equipment is a new post weld treatment technology developed domestically and internationally in recent years. It can completely eliminate welding defects such as incomplete fusion, undercutting, and micro pores at the weld toe, as well as eliminate tensile residual stress, generate compressive residual stress, refine grain size, significantly increase the fatigue life of welding structures, and prevent weld cracking.
High power ultrasonic residual stress relief impact equipment is mainly used in industries with strict requirements for the stability and strength of welding joints. For example: bridges, electricity; Shipbuilding; Metal welding, welding seams, and post weld treatment in industries such as pressure vessels, steel structures, and wind turbines.
