The 30K handheld ultrasonic cutting knife adopts customized cold-cutting technology for pure ABS and PP modified rigid automotive interior panels. It is suitable for trimming, shaping, hole drilling, sprue removal and special-shaped finishing of all thermoplastic hard interior substrates such as door panel substrates, instrument panel trims, A/B/C pillar interior panels, trunk hard plastic guards and central control housings, perfectly solving various process pain points caused by traditional tools when processing hard plastics.

Based on the high-frequency micro-vibration molecular separation cutting principle, the equipment adopts a local slight-heat cold cutting mode to replace traditional physical shearing and high-temperature hot melting cutting. It is precisely adapted to the material characteristics of ABS and PP hard plastics with no strong extrusion and no large-area heat conduction during cutting. The processed hard plastic panels feature smooth and flat cuts with zero burrs, no chipping, no whitening and no stress cracking, fundamentally avoiding brittle cracking of ABS and tensile deformation of PP materials.
