150kHz Ultrasonic Spray Coating System 



Description: 


The 150kHz ultrasonic scattering spray system is developed for ultra-thin precision coating and 3D micro-structure conformal deposition.

With 150kHz piezoelectric high-frequency vibration, liquid is atomized into fine, uniformly distributed micro-droplets. The built-in vortex channel inside nozzle converts low-pressure carrier gas into rotating cyclone flow, forming a conical scattering spray. It enables conformal coating on flat surfaces, steps, trenches, sidewalls and curved substrates, overcoming the limitation of focused nozzles for 3D micro-structures.
Equipped with precision liquid feeding, carrier gas regulation and XYZ motion module, dry film thickness ranges from 20 nm to tens of microns with coating uniformity ≥95%. Low-kinetic soft spray minimizes overspray and material waste, nozzle is less prone to clogging.
Suitable for low-viscosity solutions and nano-suspensions, widely applied in MEMS, semiconductor wafers, PEM fuel cells, sensors, medical balloon catheters and optical thin films for R&D and pilot production.
