60kHz High-Temperature Vortex Ultrasonic Spray Coating System
Description:
Our 60kHz high-temperature vortex ultrasonic spray coating system integrates a 60 kHz vortex ultrasonic atomizing nozzle with built-in cooling structure. Piezoelectric transducer generates high-frequency vibration to turn liquid precursors into fine micro-droplets. Low-speed vortex shaping gas forms a stable conical spray field without strong impact on substrates.
The nozzle cooling assembly isolates heat from the high-temperature heating stage, which can reach up to 500~600°C. This design enables in-situ drying and thermal decomposition of precursor solutions directly on the substrate surface.
Compared with conventional focused ultrasonic spray nozzles, the vortex type offers wider effective spray width and superior coating uniformity. Soft mist greatly reduces overspray and improves material utilization above 90%, saving expensive precious metal precursor materials. Ultrasonic self-cleaning performance minimizes nozzle clogging for suspensions, sols and salt solutions.
Equipped with precision liquid feeding module, independent gas control unit and XYZ servo motion platform, the system supports programmable coating paths. It can deposit thin films ranging from tens of nanometers to micrometers.
Typical applications include fuel cell catalyst layers & PEM coating, perovskite solar cells, TCO and metal oxide films, MEMS & wafer functional coatings, sensor nano-film fabrication.
Parameters:
|
Advantages:
1. Uniform coverage with vortex spray, wider effective spray width in single pass
2. High-temperature compatible design. Nozzle with cooling structure to support substrate thermal decomposition process
3. High material utilization over 90%, saving costly precursor solutions
4. Ultrasonic self-cleaning, low risk of nozzle clogging, compatible with suspensions, sols and salt precursors
5. Soft mist with low impact, no damage to porous substrates or pre-formed thin films
6. Precise film thickness control. Multi-layer deposition to produce thin films from nanometer to micrometer scale
7. Low-pressure vortex shaping gas, minimal droplet rebound and low overspray
