Description:

 

The ultrasonic Oscillator is also called the ultrasonic vibrator. The whole of the industry is connected to the horn and the horn is called a vibrator. The ultrasonic vibrator is a device that converts electrical energy and mechanical energy (acoustic vibration) by piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric ceramics, and amplifies the front and rear radiation cover blocks by acoustic impedance matching.

Material of Booster:

 

The iron ultrasonic vibrator has high sound transmission efficiency, but the material strength is low, and it is easy to crack and screw hole sliding wire;

The steel ultrasonic vibrator has high strength, but the acoustic impedance is relatively large;

Titanium alloy ultrasonic vibrators have good comprehensive performance, and the disadvantages are high price and difficult processing.

 

 

Common fault:

 

The ultrasonic vibrator should be placed in a dry place to prevent the ultrasonic vibration from vibrating the mover, which will affect the normal work. If the ultrasonic vibrator is damp, put it into the oven and set it to dry at about 100 °C for 2 hours or use a hair dryer to remove the tide until the resistance is normal;

Ultrasonic vibrator degumming, ultrasonic vibrator degumming after the ultrasonic power output power is normal, but because the vibrator and vibration surface is not well connected, long-term work will burn the vibrator. Ultrasonic vibrator degumming generally require professional ultrasonic manufacturers to repair or replace.
