Description:

 

The booster itself is a metal column. Through the shape design, the amplitude transmitted by the transducer can be amplified into the hot plate machine to achieve the energy amplitude required for processing the plastic part, which is equivalent to heating. The processing temperature required for our commonly used ABS and AS plastics is about 20 μm; the processing amplitude required for nylon and polypropylene is about 50 μm.

Ultrasonic technology:

 

The use of ultrasonic welding technology in the plastics industry has become increasingly common around the world. The application of this technology can replace the flux, adhesive, pinning or other mechanical fixing methods required in the past, thereby increasing production efficiency and reducing costs. Its welding principle is to generate 20KHz (or 15KHz) high-voltage and high-frequency signals from the generator. Through the transducing system, the signal is converted into high-frequency mechanical vibration, which is applied to the workpiece of plastic products and passes through the surface of the workpiece and the intrinsic molecules. Friction causes the temperature of the interface to rise, and when the temperature reaches the melting point of the workpiece itself, the workpiece interface is rapidly melted, and then filled in the gap between the interfaces; when the vibration stops, the workpiece is simultaneously cooled and shaped under a certain pressure, A perfect weld is achieved.
