Ultrasonic vibrator principle:

 

ultrasonic transducer (piezoelectric ceramic resonant transducer) is an electrostrictive ceramic material that has a natural frequency. If the frequency of the external drive signal is the same as this natural frequency, the overall external characteristics of the transducer sheet will be purely resistive and the conversion efficiency will be the highest. This is its resonant (resonant) state.

 

Ultrasonic transducer has entered the research field of people very early, it is easy to manufacture, can be controlled, high sensitivity, and good electromechanical coupling. Transducers based on piezoelectric ceramics include power ultrasonic transducers and detection ultrasonic transducers.
