High Frequency 28Khz Ultrasonic Soldering Transducer with 4pcs Ceramics Welding Horn 8mm Tip

 

 

Description:

 

28K ultrasonic spot welding system is specially designed to weld the movement of tea bag machines, especially for the welding of triangular tea bags. Ultrasonic spot welding gun adopts ultrasonic plastic welding technology.

Due to different processing methods and requirements, the working modes of ultrasonic transducers can be roughly divided into continuous work (metal welding) and pulsed work (plastic welding). Different working modes have different requirements for the transducer. Generally speaking, continuous operation has almost no pause time, but the working current is not very large. Pulse operation is intermittent, with pauses, but the instantaneous current is large, and the power in both states is very large.
